За эпидемиологический сезон зарегистрировано 102 случая заболеваемости гриппом, из них тип гриппом В – 99 случаев, гриппа А (Н1N1) – три факта.
«Помимо гриппа, в городе распространяются и негриппозные вирусы, – констатирует заместитель руководителя департамента санитарно- эпидемиологического контроля города Шымкента Айгуль ТУРЫМБЕТОВА
Среди заболевших проверено 135 проб анализов на другие не гриппозные инфекции. Положительные результаты выявлены в 60 пробах, из них риновирус – 19 проб, парагрипп – 21, ротавирус – 12, аденовирус – два, коронавирус – шесть. Виды вирусов выявляются и подтверждаются только вирусологическими исследованиями.
«С целью профилактики заболеваемости гриппом за счет средств местного бюджета приобретено 134 580 доз вакцины для охвата вакцинацией против гриппа 12,6 процента населения из групп риска».
Специалисты напомнили: клинические признаки ОРВИ и гриппа сходны. При поражении дыхательных путей больного отмечаются острые симптомы: общая слабость, заложенность носа, зуд в горле, повышенная температура тела более 3-5 дней на 38-40°С, сильная головная боль (даже после приема обезболивающих препаратов), а также астма, нарушение сознания, появление геморрагических высыпаний на конечностях заболевшего:
«Самым эффективным методом является вакцинация против гриппа. Ей подлежат лица, относящиеся к группам риска: медицинские работники, дети старше шести месяцев и часто болеющие; беременные женщины во втором и третьем триместрах, дети, оставшиеся без попечения родителей и воспитанники школ-интернатов, пожилые люди и граждане с ограниченными возможностями, люди с хроническими заболеваниями сердечно-сосудистой системы и органов дыхания. Прививка от гриппа проводится бесплатно с письменным соглашением прививаемого или его законного представителя», – говорит представитель санитарно-эпидемиологического контроля.
