Как сообщают региональные паблики, молодой человек сам обратился в больницу с жалобами на боли в животе и рвоту, однако его отправили домой.
«В ночь с 27 на 26 ноября 2022 года мой братик Рысмағанбетов Мақсат Талғатұлы 1995 года рождения сам приехал в приемный покой с жалобой в боль в животе и рвотой. В ту ночь дежурный врач осмотрел брата, взял анализы, сделал рентген и выдал заключение: «Спастический колит, острый панкреатит». Они не увидели аппендицит!» – говорит Еркемай Мухамедьярова, родная сестра Мақсата.
По словам родных, три дня парень с болями лежал дома. На скорой его забрали 29 ноября. Тогда и выяснилось, что у него лопнул аппендицит.
«Начало операции – 10:45. Завершение – 11.20. Через 35 минут. Разве можно за такой короткий срок тщательно почистить организм от последствий лопнувшего аппендицита? Ему не зашили рану, поставили тампоны и перевели в хирургическое отделение», – говорит сестра.
Там Мақсат пролежал две недели, и 13 декабря его выписали с диагнозом «Острый аппендицит с локализованным перитонитом. Острый гангренозный аппендицит. Аппендикулярный инфильтрат. Тифлит. Местный гнойный перитонит».
«С открытой раной, заполненной тампонами, его отправили домой. Дома он пролежал четыре дня. Начались боли в животе, многократная рвота зеленого цвета. Вызвали Скорую помощь, опять повезли в центральную больницу. Родных не пускали в палату. Через неделю, 23 декабря, брат позвонил мне и сказал, что его сейчас готовят на операцию – рвота не прекращалась, были боли при попытке приема пищи и попытке питья. После операции он попал в реанимацию. Врач позвонил мне и сообщил, что операция прошла хорошо. На следующий день я позвонила в реанимацию. Сообщили, что состояние тяжелое, сердечная недостаточность, плохие анализы», – говорит сестра.
По словам родственницы, 28 декабря в 17.45 ей удалось поговорить с братом по телефону. Еркемай говорит, что он сказал: «Забери меня, мне тут плохо, они меня убивают, я становлюсь с каждым днем, как овощ».
Родные настаивали, чтобы Максата доставили в клинику Караганды, но темирауские врачи сообщили, что он может не перенести транспортировку. Сестра написала жалобу в управление здравоохранения Карагандинской области и министерство здравоохранения.
«Только после моих жалоб врачи начали что-то делать. Они взяли анализ на сепсис. Потом сообщили, что по результатам анализа – кровь чистая. Мы обрадовались. Но состояние по-прежнему было тяжелое. Через две недели врач позвонил мне и сказал, что хотят сделать ему лапароскопию – посмотреть кишечник, брюшную полость. Позже сообщили, что все прошло хорошо и брат отходит от наркоза. Но на следующий день, 9 января 2023 года, врачи сообщили, что состояние брата критически тяжелое. Я сразу записалась на прием к главному врачу. На встрече был также заведующий реанимации, заведующий хирургией, замглавного врача. Объясняли мне, что ведется лечение. И в тот день дежурный реаниматолог по телефону мне сказал, что сепсис подтвердился!».
Родные и близкие парня не понимают, как получалось так, что одни и те же анализы противоречат друг другу.
«Получается, что неделю назад врачи скрыли от нас информацию про сепсис? А когда они довели брата до критического состояния, решили сообщить правду? Мы стали настаивать на транспортировки Максата в Караганду! Главный врач обещал решить этот вопрос на консилиуме. А 10 января в 08.20 мне позвонили и сказали, что врачи из Караганды сами приедут к пациенту. Приехал областной реаниматолог Ким и хирург. Вызвали меня на беседу и начали говорить, что не могут определить вид сепсиса. Сообщили, что отправили данные в лабораторию Караганды и результат будет через два дня», – вспоминает сестра.
В тот же день, 10 января в 23.50 сестре молодого человека позвонил из реанимации и сообщили о смерти Мақсата. По словам врачей, у молодого человека не выдержало сердце, остановка произошла в 23.40.
Родные погибшего парня требуют наказать врачей за некомпетентность. За то, что не поставили диагноз вовремя, не увидели соложений и довели до смерти…
«Братику было 27 лет. Он совсем молодой. Он планировал жениться. Врачи не увидели аппендицит, а когда лопнул, сделали свою работу некачественно, из-за чего случился сепсис. Нам после его смерти не дали выписку», – говорит сестра.
В центральной больнице Темиртау сообщили, что все разъяснения они готовы дать непосредственно родным Мақсата.
«Информация о диагнозе является врачебной тайной, мы не можем распространять такие сведения посторонним лицам. Родные могут также связаться со службой поддержки пациентов», – сообщили в больнице.
