Кубатура (строительный объем) новых зданий также уменьшилась — с 763,4 тыс. до 234,7 тыс. куб. м. Фактическая стоимость строительства составила 11 млрд тг, против 53,5 млрд тг годом ранее. Годовое сокращение в стоимостном выражении достигло сразу 79,5%», – сообщает finprom.kz.
Из 43 общежитий, введенных в эксплуатацию по стране, 25 пришлось на сельскую местность, а их общая площадь составила 19,5 тыс. кв. м.
В региональном разрезе наибольшая общая площадь построенных общежитий была зафиксирована в столице: 15,7 тыс. кв. метров. На второй и третьей строчках расположились Шымкент (12,4 тыс. кв. м) и Павлодарская область (9,4 тыс. кв. м).
«Тем временем министр науки и высшего образования Саясат Нурбек доложил, что сейчас активно вводятся дополнительные койко-места для проживания студентов на период учебы, сообщает официальный ресурс премьер-министра РК. Планируется усилить работу с застройщиками и потенциальными инвесторами в регионах для строительства новых общежитий, а также продолжить совершенствование механизма государственно-частного партнерства. В 2021 году плата, поступившая от учащихся учебных заведений за проживание в общежитиях организаций образования, составляла 4,3 млрд тг — на 58,1% больше, чем годом ранее», – пишет идание.
В региональном разрезе наибольший объём поступлений был отмечен в Алматы: 1,9 млрд тг, плюс 47,9% за год. Далее шли Астана (524,2 млн тг, плюс 32,8% за год), а также Карагандинская (464,2 млн тг, годовой рост — в 2,6 раза), Костанайская (196,2 млн тг, годовой рост — в 2,7 раза) и Актюбинская (188,1 млн тг, плюс 43,5% за год) области.
