В целях реализации поручения Главы государства Министерством труда и социальной защиты населения РК (далее – МТСЗН) утверждены правила льготного микрокредитования для молодых людей в рамках Национального проекта по развитию предпринимательства на 2021-2025 годы, вступившие в силу с 1 января 2023 года.
Правилами предусмотрено предоставление на конкурсной основе микрокредитов для молодых людей в возрасте с 21 года до 35 лет, желающих начать предпринимательскую деятельность, либо занимающихся предпринимательством.
Кредиты будут выдаваться через АО «Аграрная кредитная корпорация». Номинальная ставка вознаграждения – не более 2,5% годовых. Максимальная сумма займа – до 5 млн тенге, с обязательным условием наличия залогового обеспечения.
Срок кредитования составляет до 5 лет для любых целей, за исключением животноводства. Для этого направления деятельности – до 7 лет.
Также предусмотрен льготный период по погашению основного долга и вознаграждения, который составляет не более 1/3 (одной трети) продолжительности срока микрокредитования.
В настоящее время МТСЗН ведется работа по:
– заключению кредитных договоров с местными исполнительными органами;
– заключению договора поручения местных исполнительных органов с АО «Аграрная кредитная корпорация»;
– созданию региональных комиссий по рассмотрению бизнес-проектов.
О начале приема заявок на получение микрокредита и адресах офисов, куда необходимо обратиться, будет сообщено дополнительно.
